Communication Research Laboratory
Our communication research labratory was created to aid in conducting research on basic communication processes related message production, message effects and social interaction from behavioral science perspective.
Through an inter-disciplinary approach to theory building and an emphasis on research with an applied focus, the lab offers students the opportunity to immerse themselves in their studies.
Located in 456 Manoogian Hall, the lab offers high-end technology, such as computers that allow for response time data collection. Space is also avaliable for reearchers to carry out experiments and surveys, including testing persuasive messages, formative research for health campaigns, responses to media programming, and audience surveys.
